FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What is the currency that you are using process my order?
All orders are processed in Malaysia Ringgits.
2. How will you inform me when my order has been sent for delivery?
We will send a notification email to you when your processed order is assigned for delivery.
All items will only deliver after we have received your payment.
3. How many days will it take to deliver my order?
You will receive your order within 7-15 working days of receiving payment notification from you.
Shipment might delay due to weather, customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances. Please be patient as we will inform you if these circumstances are happen.
4. What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are of typical air freight rates, dependent on delivery location and the weight of the order. Please refer to "POSTAGE" information.
5. What are the payment methods available?
Currently we only accept Online Banking, ATM Transfer, Cash Deposit Machine or Over The Counter Direct Bank-in at your convenience.
If payment thru ''Cash Deposit Machine'' which does not accept RM1 note, please bank in extra and we will refund you the remaining by putting the change inside the clothes and ship to you.
6. Do you deliver to my country?
Yes, we deliver to any overseas destinations in the world.
Additional shipping costs are required for shipments outside Malaysia. A second notification email for the additional shipping fee required will send to you once you submit order.
Order and Tracking
7. How do I know the weight of the products that I have ordered?
The summer clothes weight about 5pcs = 1KG, The winter clothes weight about 3pcs = 3KG, We will inform you by email/sms for the correct postage.
8. What should I do if my order does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive after 15 working days, please contact us at fonia01@gmail.com and quote your delivery order number.
8. What should I do if I missed my delivery?
All deliveries will be attempted once. Subsequent delivery attempts will be subjected to additional charges to be borne by the customer. Kindly contact us at fonia01@gmail.com for more information.
9. Can I deliver my order to another address apart from my mailing address?
Yes. You can deliver to another address by indicating the destination during confirmation of your payment by email to fonia01@gmail.com.
10. Availability of stocks?
If payment was made and good are out of stocks, customer will be informed via email. Within 2 days from the notification, Customers may either request for
(i) Full Refund via Bank Transfer or Over The Counter Direct Bank-in to your account.
(ii) Selection of another item(s). The difference in price shall either be topped-up by or refunded to customer.
11. Can I change my goods after I received it?
Sorry, Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. A detailed description of every item has stated. Exchange of items is acceptable if goods send out wrongly by us.
12. What if i receive faulty item?
For apologize, we accept return and refund within 10 days from the day parcel arrive customer's place. Exchange is also available.
